TJ marine clamped stuffing box is used for cable lock or matching on the cabinet of electric cabinet and sealed with epoxy resin cement. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, various forms, strong installation, convenient operation and good sealing effect. The sealing nut, body and lock nut made by nickel-plated brass, the O-ring and seal made by NBR, silicone rubber, the metal washer made by nickel-plated hoop.

Working temperature: static: -40 degrees C to 110 degrees centigrade, up to 120 degrees C.

Dynamic: -20 degrees C to 80 degrees C, up to 100 degrees centigrade.

Applications: instrumentation, ships, machinery, electrical, transportation, medicine, oil fields and other cable fixed.

Installation environment requirements

The altitude is not more than 2000 meters. Ambient air temperature is not higher than +40 C, not less than -5 C, and the average temperature within 24 hours is not more than +35 C. The air is clean at the installation site. The relative humidity of the atmosphere is not more than 50% at the ambient temperature of 40. The average temperature of the wettest month is 25 and the average relative humidity is 90%, and the condensation on the surface of the product due to the change of temperature is considered.

Installation Notes
Conductor-to-conductor connections require low resistance and adequate mechanical strength, and there are no sharp corners at the junctions. The connection of medium and low voltage cable conductors is usually pressed.

(1) Choosing suitable conductors and connectors with electrical conductivity and mechanical strength;
(2) The gap between the inner diameter of the pressure pipe and the outer diameter of the connecting core is 0.8-1.4 mm.
(3) The resistance value of the joint after pressing shall not be higher than 1.2 times of that of the conductor with equal cross-section, and the tensile strength of the copper conductor joint shall not be less than 60N/mm2;
(4) Before crimping, the outer surface of the conductor is coated with conductive glue on the inner surface of the connecting pipe, and the oxide film is damaged by the wire brush.
(5) Connect the sharp corners and burrs on the pipes and wires, and smooth them with a file or sandpaper.
